High School Students
High school can be overwhelming. Teens are juggling classes, activities, and growing independence. Executive function coaching provides supportive guidance to help teens feel confident in managing it all.
Support is personalized and flexible, allowing teens to practice skills in real situations while building confidence and independence. Caregivers are supported along the way through regular check-ins to ensure progress feels sustainable at home and school.
A minimum three-month commitment is recommended to allow skills to develop and become part of everyday routines. Sessions are available virtually and in-home.
College Students
College is a big transition that comes with a set of new challenges. Young people are balancing academics, new levels of independence, and daily responsibilities all at once.
Coaching may focus on skills including time management, planning, effective study strategies, and routines that support both academic success and well-being. Coaching is personalized and focuses on helping students feel more confident, organized, and capable in managing college life.
Sessions are offered virtually, with a recommended minimum commitment of three months to support lasting skill development.
